Billing Policy

All billing occurs per the engagement contract between AVAS Partners, LLC and the client. Below are the typical practices that are used during engagements, though can be customized depending on the needs of the engagement and the client.

Hourly

The standard engagement runs based upon an hourly billing model, with the explicit time spent on the engagement by AVAS Partners LLC billed to the client.

Time is billed in fifteen (15) minute increments, with a minimum of 15 minutes per session and the remaining time rounded off to the closest quarter hour.

Time is billed either immediately against a retainer or monthly. In either case, invoices are Net 30, effectively making payment for work due at or before the end of the month following the completion of the work.

Set Services

For certain engagements, we provide long-term hosting and support for the application. In these engagements, clients are billed annually for hosting and a support retainer to maintain the server.
