How You May Use Technical Support?
Technical support is provided on an On-Demand basis. Outside of security vulnerabilities, our work is dependent directly upon your requests to fix a problem or make an improvement.
In the simplest sense, our support agreements have you buy our time over the year. We don't care how you want use the time so long as it supports your organization.
Many problems can be addressed through remote desktop access, though some things are quicker to fix in person. AVAS Technology provides on-site support for clients in the Atlanta metro area.
